The ULA provides support to Connecticut’s Unions and their members, including:
- Training union local members and their leaders on how to access and utilize public and private programs and services
- Technical and supportive assistance for meeting basic needs when preparing for a strike or major lay-off
- Support to union local leadership to help members survive job loss
- Quality out-placement services for union members by union members
- Workshops and group presentations to bring important information about supportive services to union members
