Building Pathways—CT is an Apprenticeship Readiness program designed to promote women and minorities into the Building Trades. ULA’s Labor of Love Backpack program is a community collaborative effort statewide.
Services We Provide
United Labor Agency (ULA) offers financial counseling to any client interested. Financial counseling will consist of financial goal setting, budget development, and financial management skills. Depending on situations, an individual may be referred to additional assistance with a specialized financial planner.
United Labor Agency (ULA) offers our striking brothers and sisters assistance during their time of need as their fight for their rights. ULA has a food pantry that any striking union member from across the state can access. We enroll union members into Operation Fuel to help out with home fuel costs.
The ULA provides support to Connecticut’s Unions and their members, including: Training union local members and their leaders on how to access and utilize public and private programs and services.
United Labor Agency (ULA) offers Unemployment Counseling to assist workers who are going through the process of filing for unemployment insurance.
