Kasey Cornwell is a Job Coach with the John J. Driscoll United Labor Agency. While attending Eastern Connecticut State University, Kasey interned with the United Labor Agency in the Summer of 2013. While interning Kasey assisted with the Labor of Love Backpack program, updated and maintained John J. Driscoll United Labor Agency’s social media presence, designed flyers, graphics, e-vites and other marketing material for major events and assisted with the updates to the website when needed. Kasey Graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in May of 2014. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication. While there she also studied sociology and business.
Kasey was hired full time in March of 2016 as a Job Coach. She is stationed in the Rocky Hill office. Her job duties include; coaching, mentoring and assisting with job development for BRS/YEP clients. Helping to plan and coordinate events and representing the agency at fundraisers and community functions. Running the Labor of Love Backpack program including reaching out to community organizations, general public and donors about the Labor of Love Backpack program. She also seeks out alternative funding opportunities and assists with grant applications. Kasey also helps assist with Christmas Toy packing events.
